摘 要 目的：探讨针对性护理在改善胃癌患者术后胃肠功能和生活质量中的应用效果。方法：收集2016年1月至2017年1月收治的行胃癌根治术患者58例，按随机数字表法分为对照组29例，接受常规护理，观察组29例，在对照组基础上接受针对性护理。观察两组术后恢复时间、住院时间、生活质量及护理满意度。结果：观察组住院时间为（17.58±3.77）d，低于对照组的（21.99±4.27）d，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组（P<0.05），生活质量各维度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意度为96.55%，高于对照组的79.31%（P<0.05）。结论：针对性护理能有效改善胃癌患者术后胃肠功能和生活质量，提高护理满意度，值得推荐应用。

Application of targeted nursing in improving gastrointestinal function and life quality of patients with gastric cancer after operation

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of targeted nursing in the improvement of gastrointestinal function and life quality of patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods： From January 2016 to January 2017 58 cases treated with radical gastrectomy were collected and by the random digital table divided into a control group with 29 cases that received routine nursing care and an observation group with 29 cases that on the basis of the control group received the targeted nursing. The recovery time， the time of hospitalization， the quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing were observed in the two groups. Results： The time of hospitalization in the observation group was （17.58±3.77） d， which was lower than that of the control group（21.99±4.27） d and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group（P<0.05）， and the scores of each dimension of the quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.55%， which was higher than that of the control group 79.31%（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Targeted nursing can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function and life quality of patients with gastric cancer after operation and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.

胃癌在临床上较为常见，是消化道常见恶性腫瘤之一，随着社会发展，人们饮食习惯和生活习惯的改变，胃癌的发病率不断上升[1]。临床治疗胃癌方法多样，但治疗效果有较大区别。在治疗过程中，配合适当的护理，对于改善临床疗效有积极的作用[2]。胃癌患者手术后胃肠功能恢复较慢，对患者的生活质量造成了严重的影响[3]。本文报道针对性护理在改善胃癌患者术后胃肠功能和生活质量中的应用效果。
